How it works on Upwork

1. You apply. Tell us what you do and who you’ve done it for. We reply by email.
2. You get an invite. If it fits, Fixline Studio invites you in your own Upwork account. It’s non-exclusive, so your own profile, bids and clients stay yours.
3. We bid for you. We bid on jobs that match your real skills and history.
4. We do the work. When a client hires, we do the work. You can see what we send in your name and stop anything.
5. You get paid. The client pays on Upwork. You get your share on a monthly statement that lists every job.

Where the money goes

• The client pays on Upwork.
• Upwork takes its service fee, which is shown on each contract.
• The rest lands in Fixline Studio’s Upwork balance (HireThomas, Inc.).
• We take out the documented costs of that job, like Connects and AI usage. They’re capped at 30% of what the client paid, and if they run higher we cover the difference.
• What’s left is the profit. You get 90%, we keep 10%.

Your statement arrives by the 5th of the next month and the payout follows within 15 days, by bank transfer from our US account. The method for your country is confirmed before your first payout. You never pay anything and nothing is ever clawed back.

What happens in your name, and what never does

In your name

• Your Upwork profile is shown to clients on proposals for jobs that fit your skills.
• Agency jobs you’re on can show in your Upwork work history. That’s Upwork’s rule, and it stays after you leave.
• You can see what we send in your name and stop anything.

Never

• We never ask for your Upwork login, password or ID documents, and we never use your account.
• We never log hours or tracker time for you.
• We never put you on a job outside your skills, or say you did work you didn’t do.
• We never post on your social accounts or message your own contacts unless you say yes to that first.
• You never pay us anything.
